Guide Team Positions

Full time and freelance options

We are always looking to add the guide pool of our core team of passionate adventure experience professionals. You will share our core values of fun, passion, trust and thoughtful at heart in the delivery of safe authentic natural adventure experiences.

ACE operates on and around the River Findhorn and is one of the few remaining UK 100% natural activity providers because there are no dams, weirs or towns along the river. The activity centre is situated on private land surrounded by forest and rural landscape with abundant undisturbed nature. We are an important part of a connected local community. The location has an idyllic remote feel yet the towns of Elgin, Forres and Nairn are a short distance with national and international access via Inverness airport a 40-minute drive. Staff accommodation is available on-site.
