Our Activities
The majority of the outdoor activities we offer at Ace Adventures are available for booking all year-round, however there are a few outdoor activities in Scotland in which October is the last chance to give them a go!
Outdoor Adventure Activities at Ace Grandtully
The White Water Rafting at Ace Grandtully takes place on Scotland’s longest river, the Tay. With a gentle start from the town of Aberfeldy, enjoy tranquil countryside scenery in the slower sections, gradually speeding up as you float ever closer to Grandtully where Grade 3 rapids await.
Ace Grandtully is the closest white water rafting location to Glasgow & Edinburgh and is available for booking all year round.
Canyoning at Ace Grandtully takes place in the amazing Allt a’Bhealaich Gorge near Kenmore and Aberfeldy. Due to the risk that high water poses, canyoning is only available for booking from May to September.
Outdoor Adventure Activities at Ace Auchnagairn
As our main activity centre, most of the outdoor activities we offer are held at Ace Auchnagairn.
October is a great time to try one of our river-based activities, all of which take place on the River Findhorn. White Water Rafting, Cliff Jumping, Canoeing and Kayaking are available for booking all year round. Canyoning and River Tubing are available for booking from April to October.
We also offer a number of dry activities at Ace Grandtully. Disc Golf is great fun and unlike actual golf, doesn’t require a lot of experiential learning or equipment! Woodland Paintball is also available all year round for parties of at least 8 .
Package Deals & Special Offers
At Ace we are lucky enough to have our purpose built activity centre right next to the River Findhorn. This means less travel time to and from activities, making it super easy to add a second adventure to your day with us.
You can view our Package Deals here. Our UK Special Offers for 2017 include White Water Rafting deals and discounts on activities from Bungee Jumping in Scotland to Woodland Paintball in Auchnagairn.
